StanChart names Motasim Iqbal as Singapore transaction banking chief
Standard Chartered has named Motasim Iqbal as head of its transaction banking business in Singapore. He is tasked with running the bank’s wholesale banking business in Singapore for cash management, trade finance and securities services.
Standard Chartered Bank has named Motasim Iqbal to head its transaction banking business in Singapore. Previously based in Dubai, he was formerly the lender’s regional head for transaction banking for financial institutions in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan since 2006.
