Henderson Land Development is one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong, with a market capitalisation of around HK$113 billion ($14.4 billion) as of March 13, 2024. Founded in 1973 by Shau Kee Lee, the company has been involved in developing a host of famous commercial and residential properties in the city, including the International Finance Centre (pictured one of its office towers) in Central and one if its latest additions to the skyline, The Henderson office block in Admiralty.
