Indonesia and China link cross-border QR payments
The link is available at businesses and is between Indonesia’s Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) and apps from Alipay and UnionPay International.
As travel between the two nations grows, Bank Indonesia and People's Bank of China (PBOC), have launched a China-Indonesia cross-border QR payment linkage.
