Hong Kong transactions uninterrupted
The Hong Kong government has stressed that transactions through the Hong Kong financial system will continue despite protest-induced branch closures.

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) activated “business continuity plans” on September 29 in response to protests that cut off the city’s central business district transport system.
