StanChart, Northern Trust to launch cryptocurrency custodian for institutions
Amidst signs of growing interest from institutional investors in holding cryptocurrencies, service aims to provide custody services for most-traded crypto assets at start and expects to begin operations in London in 2021.
Standard Chartered and Northern Trust have entered an agreement to launch a custodian service for cryptocurrencies called Zodia Custody to cater to institutional investors.
