RBS has streamlined commodity LC issuance through direct issuance to the Dubai Mercantile Exchange. It is one of two banks able to do this.

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) completed the issuance of a letter of credit (LC) for an undisclosed Singapore-based commodity client to the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) in February.
