The capital director of the Philippine port operator's treasury group talks about the challenges of project financing in Australia.

When the Australia unit of International Container Terminal Services Inc signed an A$398 million ($300) million loan with seven banks this summer, ICTSI trumpeted the deal as “having pushed the project finance envelope in Australia on a number of aspects”, making the project financing process “quite challenging”.
