How DBS Taiwan increased operational savings by 11%

In 2014, DBS Bank (Taiwan) increased savings made on operations by 11% on the year before. A primary driver of this was improving sourcing efficiency by 40% over the same period. Although DBS would not comment on the exact number, the savings came into the low millions of US dollars and achieved its overall target.
