Hong Kong looks to advance crypto regulation
The HKMA has issued a consultation paper on cryptocurrencies, in the latest move by a central bank to regulate digital assets.
The fast proliferation of digital currencies, with all their promise of greater efficiency and financial inclusion, risks destabilising entire financial and monetary systems if unrestrained.
