The Department of Financial Services’ (DFS) accuses Standard Chartered Bank of hiding information in transactions for which ING and HSBC have just incurred record fines.
Standard Chartered Bank became the latest financial institution accused of stripping information from its transaction messages to fool US regulators on the 6 of August.
