Data Crunch: Who uses shared service centres and why

Based on a Deloitte survey conducted in 2013 and completed by 277 financial executives, CT has selected some key findings on where, why, and how shared service centres (SSCs) are used.

Where the SSCs are located
Countries like the US (165), India (58), the United Kingdom (51) and Spain have the largest number of SSCs. Even tiny Bhutan has at least one SSC.
