CT Awards: winners of the Marquee Awards 2019
CT can finally reveal the winners of the 2019 Marquee Awards - recognizing and rewarding the very best in treasury practice in the region.
This year’s choices were harder than ever, not just because we have been living through exceptional times that require more demanding approaches to managing liquidity, but because treasury problems in general have become more challenging and their solutions all the more sophisticated.
We had some excellent submissions and judges were often torn by solutions that either displayed great ingenuity and elegance or crunched massive cross-border operations to show real savings.
They were also attracted by the many treasury solutions - and the individuals with the vision driving them - that engaged issues of sustainability and the environment. Finding great solutions in unlikely quarters is what it’s all about at the CT Awards.
A full write-up about the Marquee winners and the reasons behind the judges’ decisions will be published in an upcoming newsletter.
Please stay up to date with CT to find out more about our awards and our two-day treasury event CTWeek which, due to travel restrictions resulting from the coronavirus outbreak, has been moved from June 3-4 to October 14-15, 2020.
