
China begins rollout of $64 billion tax cut plan
A massive tax reduction plan promoted by Premier Li Keqiang is intended to boost small and medium-sized enterprises. Treasurers may want to revisit contracts and renegotiate pricing.

Beijing's Ministry of Finance will reduce value-added tax (VAT) on all imported goods and on many other products by 1 percentage point, the ministry said in a filing last week.
