CGS-CIMB, iSTOX issue novel short-term digital debt
The CGS-CIMB S$150 million ($112 million) commercial paper programme is the first in a new product line by iSTOX.
Financial services provider CGS-CIMB and private capital platform iSTOX have issued a short-term debt instrument in the form of digital securities, with no traditional issuance alongside the digital channel.
