
Board members lack motivation to act on ESG issues, survey finds
A report has revealed that although ESG discussions are heating up globally, corporate boards lack both the knowledge and motivation to deliver on strategic sustainability ambitions.

More than two-thirds of global board directors (68%) view sustainability-related considerations as having “no effect or a slight effect” on corporate financial performance, a survey has revealed.
