The merged businesses, to be called SILQ Group, help support SMEs through funding and their supply chain; the merger is backed by a $110m funding round from Valar Ventures and Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund.
Bangladesh's B2B platform ShopUp merges with Saudi Arabia's Sary

ShopUp, Bangladesh’s largest B2B commerce platform, which helps with the financing and logistics of SMEs, and Sary, a B2B marketplace and services platform in Saudi Arabia, have merged to form SILQ Group. The aim is tto create a large B2B commerce platform to connect the Middle East and emerging Asia.
