Appetite for digital payments remains lacking – survey of Hong Kong-based corporates
B2B enterprises in Hong Kong are less satisfied with current digital payment capabilities than their B2C peers, while procurement continues to rely on traditional payment methods.
Supplier payments, or the issue of procurement settlement, remains a “bottleneck to advancing digitisation”, a survey by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) has found.
