Experiments have proved availability of direct payments from bank accounts to digital wallets.

Standard Chartered Bank and fintech player Ant International have collaborated to test bank-to-wallet payment using ISO 20022 financial messaging standards. Bank-to-wallet payment refers to direct transfers from a bank account to an e-wallet account.
