Swift rolls out gpi service for corporates in an increasingly crowded market
Swift announces that corporates can now enrol for a multibank payment tracker service first made available two years back to financial institutions. How much will it cost? And does it matter?
Interbank cooperative Swift states corporates beyond the initial group of 22 companies can now sign up for gpi 4 corporates (gpi4c), an extension of the global payment innovation (gpi), the cooperative’s multi-year plan to ensure payments are processed globally in a faster and more transparent manner.
