
Singapore to add teeth to “comply or explain” rule
Corporates would need to set out in detail how they comply with the corporate code rather than simply ticking the boxes.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is discussing plans to put more teeth into its “comply or explain” rules as part of revisions to its code of corporate governance.
