Sibos Review: Treasurers question if they even need banks
The Sibos Corporate Forum offered treasurers a chance to tell the banks what they really need from them. Some queried whether they would even need to use banking services in the future.
“Banking is one of the few industries where, as a private consumer… [he or she] can get far better services than a Fortune 500 company’s treasurer,” Damian Glendinning, group treasurer at Lenovo, said at this year’s Sibos Corporate Forum held in Singapore on October 14.
