The world’s biggest lender by assets, ICBC, is under investigation over a fraud case discovered in the nation’s e-commercial draft system.

Police are probing allegations the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) failed to spot that ex-employees of a small provincial lender used fake documents to open a bill issuance account, the world's biggest lender said August 11.
