
Philippine Airlines raises $300m in high-yield bond debut
The transaction has been described as the first rated high-yield bond from a Philippine issuer in more than a decade and the first unsecured rated high-yield bond issued by an Asian airline.

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has raised $300 million through its first international bond offering, helping the firm to open a new funding channel to support the flag carrier’s fleet modernisation and international network expansion.
