
Pentagreen Capital and Citicore Solar Energy agree $55m loan for Philippines renewable energy
Under MAS' FAST-P initiative, the aim is to build eight solar facilities and generate enough electricity to save 630,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions.

Pentagreen Capital, manager of a blended finance strategy under Singapore’s Financing Asia’s Transition Partnership (FAST-P) initiative, and Citicore Solar Energy Corporation (Citicore), part of the Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation, have agreed a financing of $55 million for solar and battery storage projects in the Philippines.
