Philippines is a leading destination for regional shared services centres, but upgrading its status isn’t easy.
Over the past decade, Asia-Pacific has proved to be a fertile ground for shared services, driven by favourable labour costs, an abundant pool of skilled multilingual people, as well as improvements in infrastructure and telecommunications.
