In this episode, we speak to Rakesh Kochhar, senior vice president of Global Treasury and Sales Finance at Nissan Motor Company, who shares the experiences that have shaped him in his career to date, enabling him to become the strategic treasury leader that he is today. 

Kochar shares how working with debt investors during the 2007-8 GFC crisis made a lasting impression on his professional mindset. He details how small steps can deliver incredible corporate change, and how his exposure to a diverse array of cultures and business functions taught him lessons around adaptability, empathy and respecting difference.
