Navigat Group, a distributed power project developer has funded a $35 million project in Myanmar via a shareholder loan to its in-country fully owned subsidiary. The culmination of the project marks an interesting example of inter-company loan funding in the opening of the formerly foreign investment-closed South-East Asian nation.
