Loans: Taiwan's Walsin Lihwa raises $482m

The latest corporate Asian loan volumes and deal rankings in the region, provided by Dealogic as of Tuesday, August 25. The data is used as a guide of credit appetite amongst the region's lenders.
The number of deals picked up from last week. Taiwan's Walsin Lihwa Corp raised $482m with multiple bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers, according to Dealogic data.
 
This brings the number of deals so far this year to 466, totalling $178,884m, meaning there is some way to catch up with last year's figure of $228,036m.
