
Korea floats safe harbour rates for intercompany loans
Multinationals will be able to avoid the risk of a challenge from tax authorities by sticking to a specified rate proposed by Korea's government.

The Ministry of Strategy and Finance of Korea (MoSF) is looking to clarify the setting of interest rates for multinationals' intercompany loans, with the introduction of a new option for calculating such rates.
