Alibaba’s Joe Tsai has acknowledged a supply chain shift out of China, saying that in the short term, the country’s exports might be hurt.

Alibaba’s chairman Joseph Tsai said at a fireside chat that despite ‘eroding’ China’s manufacturing sector and exports in the short term, a shift in traditional supply chains offers benefits for other Asian markets to climb up the value chain.
