In March this year, Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN) kicked off what was then Asia’s second largest IPO deal, raising HK$5.8 billion ($748 million). Referring to an interview with HKBN from around three years ago, CT noticed the IPO took place in advance of its expected timeline.
