Treasurers are in for a rude awakening on how much information they will be required to disclose when making payments under FATCA rules.

Treasurers and CFOs in Asia-Pacific have so far mostly taken the position that FATCA compliance can be left to the banks. But compliance experts are warning this is not feasible for treasurers with international payments.
