Exclusive: Ford taps PBOC Rmb loan pilot (Update-1)
The US car maker has received PBOC's approval to lend money out of China with the end goal to help its headquarters in Michigan to settle Chinese supplier payments in renminbi.
Ford Motor Company is the latest addition to a handful Chinese and foreign multinationals that have been given the green light by China’s regulators to extend cross-border renminbi intercompany loans.
