DHL and Hongkong Post to suspend some mailing of packages to US

DHL said it will temporarily suspend the collection and shipping of B2C shipments to the US where the declared customs value exceeds $800, while the Hongkong Post will suspend air mail containing goods from April 27, amid US customs changes.

DHL has said it is experiencing multi-day transit delays to the US from any origin for shipments with a declared customs value exceeding $800, blaming an increase in red tape since the introduction of customs changes on April 5.
