CFOs baulk at Indonesia’s new LC laws
Prominent CFOs say the Indonesian Trade Ministry's new requirement that commodity producers use LCs for all exports is misguided.
Indonesia's ministry of trade will return to an originally discarded policy requiring that commodity exporters use letters of credit (LCs) for all overseas transactions, it announced on January 14.
