Research from Dealogic and CT looks into which Asian companies and industries have been handed the region's largest credit revolvers.
The American Express no-limit black card was first marketed to companies' biggest spenders in 1999. Made of anodized titanium with the name and numbers etched in carbon fibre, the ultra-exclusive black card even sparked rumours that its owners could purchase anything with it, including a $30 million gulf air-stream jet for one cardholder.
