Cross-border and cross-sector acquisitions will play a large role in APAC corporates’ business strategies this year, as they look to build technology and ESG-related capabilities.
After two years of focussing on short-term crisis management, Asia Pacific-based corporates are now looking beyond Covid-19 and refocussing on longer term business priorities. M&A will play a key role, with Asia Pacific corporates eyeing both cross-sector and cross-border opportunities, according to the latest CEO Outlook report by consultancy firm, EY.
