Asian fashion company hires new CFO

The CFO and company secretary of China Outfitters Holdings Limited has quit the fashion retailer. At the same time the company decided to restructure the position.

Mak Yue Ping has quit China Outfitters Holdings Limited and the company is splitting out his dual roles as company secretary and chief financial officer.

Effective 14 May, 2012, Li Yan Wing will take over as the company secretary and Huang Xiaoyun (pictured), an executive director of the company, will become the new CFO.

Huang joined the company in 2000. Having over 10 years of accounting and financial management experience, she is now responsible for the financial reporting and management of the group’s Chinese business.

China Outfitters Holdings Limited is a menswear-focused apparel design, manufacturing, marketing and sales company based in China with production facilities in Dezhou, Shandong Province. They began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 29 November, 2011.
